Application for France Student Visa:
Applicant must possess a valid passport with 2 blank pages.
The passport shall not expire within 3 months of return from trip.
Applicant must attach a UK residency permit with the passport. A new biometric card will also suffice.
If the current passport is compact with stamps, then the applicant shall show both old and new passport.
Applicant must have 2 passport size colored photographs with white or pale background.
The photographs should be 45mm*35mm in dimension. The photographs should not be older than a month.
The photograph smust be clicked without any kind of accessories and/or head gear.
3. Application Form:
Applicant must positively carry the visa application form at the time of appointment.
Column number 37 of the form shall be correctly filled and signed by the candidate himself or a guardian.
4. Employment Letter:
Applicant must show letter from college or university at the time of appointment.
The letter shall mention the course of study and expected graduation date.
The letter shall not be older than 30 days of visa application.
5. Travel Insurance:
Applicant must have a travel insurance document that must state the period of your stay mentioned in France/Schengen.
The document must be backed by a confirmation by the applicant’s bank.
If travel insurance is obtained from post office then the original receipt must be attached with the policy brochure.
6. Travel Documents:
Applicant must produce valid tickets at the time of appointment which shall mention the tentative modes of travel like flight, bus, train etc.
For car travel, applicant must show their registration certificate, car insurance, driving license, MOT and ferry tickets.
If the applicant does not drive then the same documents of the intended driver shall be produced at the appointment.
Applicant shall carry the accommodation confirmation in France which has the name of applicant, stay period, hotel address and contact details mentioned.
If accommodation is being covered by a French resident, then the original “attestation accursed” must be provided.
Same document authorized by the local town hall or police station of France shall also be provided.
8. Financial Documents:
Applicant shall produce original bank statement at the time of appointment as financial proof.
The document must clearly mention the candidate’s name, address and bank balance.
The balance musts how an amount of at least £55.00 per person per day for the total period of stay planned.
The bank statement provided must not be older than 30 days.
In case the bank statement cannot be obtained, a EURO traveler must be produced.
The Euro traveler must confirm a balance of £60.00 per person per day for the intended period of stay.
